Returns & Refund Policy

At Frozy, we always aim to deliver high-quality, healthy, and fresh drinks that meet your expectations.
However, if there is an issue with your order, please review the following policy carefully.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Due to the nature of our products (food and beverages), we cannot accept returns or exchanges once the product has been delivered, except in the following cases:
You received the wrong product or flavor.
The product was damaged or leaking upon delivery.
The product was expired or not safe to consume at the time of delivery.
2. Reporting a Problem
If you experience any issue with your order:
Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery.
Send an email to info@joyfoods.com.eg with:
Your order number
Photos or videos of the issue
A brief explanation of the problem
Our team will review your case and respond within 2–3 working days.
3. Refunds
If your request is approved, a full or partial refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
In some cases, we may offer a replacement product instead of a refund.
Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the error was from our side.
4. Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before dispatch.
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled or changed.
To cancel your order, contact us immediately via info@joyfoods.com.eg or through our website chat.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot provide refunds or exchanges if:
The issue was reported after 24 hours of delivery.
The product was opened, consumed, or tampered with.
You changed your mind or ordered the wrong flavor by mistake.
